1. Liability and Indemnity
The Client is fully responsible for any harm or damage caused by their dog while in Strutt My Mutt’s care or during any Strutt my Mutt's service. The Client agrees to hold Strutt my Mutt harmless and indemnify it against any third-party claims arising from such harm or damage. By signing the key-holder waiver, the Client indemnifies Strutt my Mutt against any liability for loss or damage to property or its contents, now or in the future.
2. Health and Behaviour Representations
The Client confirms their dog is in good health and has no history of aggression or threatening behaviour toward people or other dogs. Every dog must undergo an initial assessment by Strutt my Mutt staff before using any service. Strutt my Mutt reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission at its absolute discretion if a dog is deemed or shows potential to be dangerous or disruptive. The Client must immediately inform Strutt my Mutt of any aggressive, dangerous, or otherwise concerning behaviour exhibited by their dog that could pose a risk to others.
3. Lone Walks and Off-Lead Consent
Strutt my Mutt’s services involve one-to-one walks where dogs may encounter typical outdoor hazards such as uneven terrain, foliage, other animals, traffic, or adverse weather. The Client accepts that minor injuries (scratches, scrapes, sprains) may occur despite careful supervision. Dogs will only be allowed off-lead once the Client has signed the off-lead consent form. Off-lead walks remain at the discretion of Strutt my Mutt staff and depend on the dog’s recall and behaviour. The Client covers all veterinary costs and associated fees for any injury or illness their dog incurs during a walk. Strutt my Mutt may seek veterinary treatment as needed, and the Client agrees to settle these costs immediately upon collection of their dog or by prior arrangement with the proprietor.

4. Vaccinations and Health Requirements

The Client must provide up-to-date proof of all required vaccinations, Strutt my Mutt may refuse admission for incomplete or expired vaccination records. Bitches in season or pregnancy are not permitted to attend Strutt my Mutt. Admission may be refused if these criteria are not met. Without Bordetella vaccination, dogs can contract kennel cough. The Client agrees not to hold Strutt my Mutt responsible if their dog contracts kennel cough while attending. The Client is responsible for ensuring their dog is free from contagious or infectious diseases and must promptly notify Strutt my Mutt of any exposure or illness. Strutt my Mutt may refuse admission until the condition is fully resolved.
5. Media Consent and Personal Items
The Client grants Strutt my Mutt permission to photograph or record their dog for media or advertising purposes without prior approval. All such media remain the property of Strutt my Mutt. Strutt my Mutt is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items—leads, collars, tags, clothing, or other belongings—left with the dog.

6. Feeding and Access Logistics

To reduce the risk of bloat, the Client must ensure their dog has not eaten within one hour before collection. Failure to comply may result in serious health issues. The Client must provide keys or arrange access for dog collection at the scheduled time. Missed access resulting in service cancellation will incur full charges.
7. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions can only be modified by written confirmation from Strutt my Mutt.

Cancelation policy

You must give a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments or the full amount charged for the appointment will be payable.
